Shipping & Delivery Policy

01 Digital delivery only

MMKeys sells digital Microsoft license keys. Nothing is shipped by post: there is no box, DVD or USB drive. After your payment is confirmed, your license key and activation instructions are sent by email to the address you entered at checkout.

02 Delivery time

Most orders are delivered by email within minutes of payment confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and other online payments are confirmed instantly, so your key is sent right away.
• Orders paid by Interac e-Transfer are placed on hold until we receive your transfer. Your key is sent as soon as the payment arrives.
• Occasionally an order is held for a short security check to protect against payment fraud. If that happens we will email you, and your key is sent as soon as the check is complete.

03 Delivery cost

Delivery is always free. There are no shipping or handling fees on any order.

04 Where we deliver

We serve customers in the United States and Canada. Because delivery is by email, there is no shipping address, no tracking number and no customs or import fees.

05 Didn't receive your key?

1. Check your spam folderLook in your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders and search your inbox for “MMKeys”.
2. Check the email addressMake sure you are looking in the inbox of the address you used at checkout. It is shown in your order confirmation.
3. Contact usIf you still cannot find it, email support@shop.mmkeys.com with your order number and we will re-send your key.

06 Wrong email address

If you made a typo in your email address at checkout, contact us at support@shop.mmkeys.com with your order number and the name used on the order. Once we have verified the order, we will send your key to the correct address.

07 Returns and refunds

Because nothing is shipped, there is nothing to send back by mail. Refunds and replacements are covered by our Refund Policy.
